The forum is co-hosted by the Cangzhou Municipal People's Government, the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province, and the China Centre for Promotion of Small and Medium (SME) Enterprises, under the theme “Two-Way Cooperation, Shared Future”. In addition to the opening ceremony and keynote forum, eight parallel events will be held, including “Golden Autumn Benefits · Consumer Interaction,” the China-CEEC SME Cross-Border Matchmaking Conference, the “Hebei Goods Going Global · AI Sets Sail” Cooperation Matchmaking Conference, the New Power Equipment Industrial Chain Cooperation Matchmaking Conference, the Zero-Carbon New Energy Industrial Chain and Supply Chain Integration Development Exchange Conference, the Green Chemical Industrial Chain International Collaboration Matchmaking Conference, the Cangzhou-CEEC Equipment Manufacturing Industry Cooperation Matchmaking Conference, and a series of events marking the 70th anniversary of the Sino-Czech-Slovak Friendship Farm.
According to reports, this year's forum has four prominent features. First, it highlights "forum + industry" linkage and expansion to unleash new economic spillover effects. The forum integrates the main forum with industry matchmaking, cross-border cooperation, park promotion, and consumption promotion, releases a batch of cooperation plans, platforms, and research reports aimed at empowering SMEs and industrial clusters and advancing industrial development, and conducts roadshows and matchmaking for Chinese and foreign cooperation projects.
Second, the forum highlights AI empowerment and digital globalization to cultivate new momentum for the open development of SMEs. This year's forum takes artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and cross-border platforms as important entry points. Focusing on exchange and cooperation in AI technology empowerment, OPC light-asset overseas entrepreneurship, and digital transformation, it will release key initiatives, including an AI service ecosystem, OPC-related measures, the "Hebei Goods Going Global" Central and Eastern Europe cooperation plan, and a comprehensive digital service platform, so as to cultivate new business formats and models for Hebei's industrial clusters in exploring the Central and Eastern European market.
Third, the forum highlights "anchor enterprise leadership and supply-demand integration" to enhance the quality and efficiency of industrial matchmaking. Focusing on Cangzhou's leading industries and key parks, it will hold targeted matchmaking events in fields such as zero-carbon new energy, green chemicals, and new power equipment. It will give full play to the role of anchor enterprises, industry institutions, and park platforms, and promote face-to-face discussions among upstream and downstream enterprises on needs, technologies, orders, and cooperation. Centering on the integration of industrial and supply chains, it will link enterprise needs, application scenarios, technical solutions, and financial support, so as to improve the precision and effectiveness of matchmaking.
Fourth, the forum highlights the development of two-way opening mechanisms to provide new support for China-CEEC cooperation. It lays equal emphasis on “bringing in” and “going global,” inviting CEE political figures, diplomatic envoys in China , representatives from business associations, enterprises, and institutions in CEE countries to attend. Through cross-border matchmaking, country-specific presentations, and cooperation initiatives, it aims to help Hebei establish more stable cooperation channels with CEE countries in areas such as industrial and technological cooperation, SME collaboration, and trade and logistics.
