On October 6, Ambassador Zhou Qian visited a number of Chinese enterprises participating in the International Engineering Fair (MSV). He had in-depth exchanges with company representatives to learn about their exhibits and market plans, and encouraged them to seize the opportunities to expand into the Czech and Central and Eastern European markets, expressing readiness to assist their cooperation in the country. Liu Haiyan, Commercial Counselor of the Embassy, was among those present.

The Ambassador also accompanied Prime Minister Andrej Babiš and First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Havlíček on a tour of the booths of some Chinese enterprises, and interacted on site with a humanoid robot developed by Unitree Robotics.

During his stay in Brno, the Ambassador also attended the annual meeting of the Confederation of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic.
