Dragon boat event sees friendship flourish between China and Bulgaria

A dozen Bulgarian paddlers recently took part in a dragon boat competition in Yunlong town as a part of their cultural exchange trip to China.

The town of Yunlong in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province is renowned as the "birthplace of Chinese dragon boat culture," and has a long history of dragon boat racing.

During the competition, 21 dragon boat teams took to the water. Among them were 12 Bulgarian rowers, who joined local teams to create an unforgettable moment of international camaraderie.
