Premier Li Keqiang attended a signing ceremony of multiple cooperation documents with 16 leaders from the Central and Eastern European countries in Riga, Latvia, on Nov 5.

　　The documents are about cooperation in various fields covering “16+1” strategic links, finance, civil aviation, science and technology, education and regional issues.

　　The Premier and his Latvian counterpart then jointly launched a financial joint venture Sino-CEEF Holdings Co Ltd afterward.
