On September 2, Cai Ge, Chinese Ambassador to Slovakia, met with Šalitroš, First State Secretary of the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of Slovakia. Shen Li, President of the Bank of China Prague Branch, attended the meeting.

Ambassador Cai stated that the China-Slovakia strategic partnership has entered a fast track and bilateral relations are at their best in history, laying a solid foundation for cooperation across all fields. The Chinese Embassy encourages and supports Chinese enterprises and financial institutions to engage with their Slovak counterparts, explore cooperation in project investment and financing, information technology, artificial intelligence and regional development, and play an active role in boosting Slovakia’s economic and social development and improving people’s wellbeing.
