Ambassador Zhou Qian visited the Prague branches of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China and Bank of Communications, as well as BYD Auto Czech and Europe Huajie Development Co., Ltd., on October 19 and 20.

Zhou said that in the 10 years since China and Czechia established a strategic partnership, cooperation has kept deepening across the board and Chinese companies have generally achieved good results investing and operating in the country. He hoped they will seize the current upturn in bilateral relations, continue to cultivate the local market, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation and serve as bridges of friendship. He also urged them to take workplace safety responsibilities seriously, operate in compliance with the law, fulfil their social responsibilities and build a good image for Chinese businesses while better serving China's high-quality development.

Company executives briefed the Ambassador on corporate operations, experience and future plans.
