On the afternoon of April 11, 2019 local time, Premier Li Keqiang met in Dubrovnik with Prime Minister Ana Brnabic of Serbia, who was here for the summit between China and Central and Eastern European Countries.

　　Li Keqiang noted that in recent years, the development of China-Serbia relations has seen a sound momentum, and bilateral practical cooperation has been carried out steadily. The Chinese side is willing to continue to promote cooperation in such areas as economy, trade and infrastructure construction with the Serbian side, and supports Chinese enterprises in investing in Serbia and participating in Serbia's infrastructure construction in accordance with market rules and business principles. Li Keqiang called on the two countries to enhance personnel and people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and jointly push forward bilateral relations and cooperation for greater achievements. It is hoped that the Serbian side can play an active role in promoting Chinese exports to Europe.

　　Ana Brnabic expressed that Serbia-China relations enjoy constant and forward-looking development, with sound progress in bilateral cooperation covering politics, economy, trade, culture, education and tourism as well as frequent personnel exchanges. Cooperation in major projects including the Serbian section of the Budapest-Belgrade Railway is progressing smoothly, which vigorously enhances bilateral relations. Chinese enterprises are welcome to invest in Serbia. The Serbian side looks forward to continuously strengthening cooperation with the Chinese side in infrastructure, exploitation of mineral resources, energy, automobile, finance, culture and tourism, so as to take bilateral relations to a new level.
